Have anyone been to Fosters the english rose cafe at Holland Village? 
Have been a afternoon tea lover and would like to try out :D

Devonshire Cream Tea Set

At $10.50++ per set,enjoy our freshly-baked scones served with butter, home-made strawberry preserve and cream, fruit cake, finger sandwiches and a choice of a pot of coffee or tea.
